My Essential Oils Journey

Almost five years ago we were on vacation with my parents in the Smoky Mountains. After a long day of tubing down the Ocoee River, my mom was badly sunburned (because she insisted she didn’t need sunscreen — but that’s not really the point). I had just begun experimenting with essential oils. Basically what I knew was lavender was good for skin and sleep and peppermint was good for headaches and nausea.

When my mom could barely move and was in a lot pain due to her sunburn, I mixed a few drops of lavender into some coconut oil. She used my concoction like lotion a couple of times. Within a few hours, she was no longer in pain and was able to move (though she still looked a little lobsterish). We were able to continue all our vacation activities. And, whatever doubts I had about essential oils and their ability to heal and support our bodies were completely gone.

Since then I’ve discovered countless ways these plant-based products can radically change the way we feel — both emotionally and physically.  Not only that, but I’ve replaced the toxic cleaners in our house and am slowly removing many other toxin-filled products and replacing them with safe, oil-infused ones.

I’ve used many different brands of essential oils over the past five years. What I discovered is this — there is a vast difference between quality oils the cheap ones. And I want to know the process of getting my oils from the field to my home. Why Should I Become A Wholesale Member?

This is the way to get your oils at 24% off retail price! As you use the oils and you share your testimonials with friends and family, you have the OPTION of earning commissions when others join and purchase Young Living oils. There is NEVER any obligation to buy a certain amount or ever share YL with others, but it’s a great business opportunity if you decide you want to share them.

Is there a monthly order minimum?

No—just order what you need when you need it!

I just really want to use oils myself. Do I ever have to sell Young Living products?

Nope. There is NO obligation to sell oils when you join as a wholesale member. However, if you ever change your mind, go for it!

Are you sure there are no monthly order requirements?

There is NO monthly requirement. To retain an active wholesale member account, you have to place one 50PV {approx. $50} minimum order per year. If you miss that deadline, you can reactivate your account by calling Young Living Customer Care with a 50PV (point volume) order.

If someone wants to join Young Living through me, what do I give them?

When you join, you will be assigned your own wholesale member number to give to your friends and family who are interested in joining as well.

Is there a way to save even more money?

Yes! The Essential Rewards program offers reduced shipping, generous credit for free oils & more! Plus each month there are great promotions for free oils when you place an Essential Rewards order. What is the catch?

Step by step instructions on how to join Young Living Essential Oils:

1. Click here to begin the enrollment process. It’s super easy!
   Wholesale Member will already be selected. Again, this is the wholesale membership, with no strings attached. If you select “Retail Customer” you will not receive wholesale pricing.
2. Make sure my member number (17077126) is in both the Sponsor ID and Enroller ID spots.
3. PLEASE be sure to include your email address. If you don’t, I have no way to invite you to our AWESOME Facebook support group to help as you begin your journey with essential oils. This FB page shows how people are using and having success with the oils.
4. Choose the kit you want. (I recommend the Premium Starter Kit with the Desert Mist Diffuser). Then proceed to check out.  You can skip the Essential Rewards part now — or, what I recommend, is signing up and allowing your Personal Starter Kit to be your first ER order. You’ll get a bonus oil right away and be on your way to earning free oils and more.
5. That’s it! Your oils will soon be on their way!
